Recreation is identified as anything that is stimulating and rejuvenating for an individual. For some, recreation includes nature hikes, basketball, yoga or skiing. For Young Harlem Inc., recreation involves creative activities that will expand the mind, body and soul in a positive and healthy way.
Our Health & Fitness program seeks to provide a wholesome, yet physically challenging, transformation experience for our youth. The structured and sustainable program will enable the youth to strive for a lifetime of healthy decisions.
