Donovan Smith  

Donovan Smith was born in Jamaica, West Indies and raised there until the age of 12, before he migrated to the Bronx, New York. After graduating high school, Donovan attended the University at Albany and received a B.A. in Mathematics (Statistical Analysis) and then a M. S. in Instructional Technology.

Donovan worked at New York City Department of Education as a math teacher as well as in other capacities. Donovan is a dedicated educator and an excellent role model who is committed to his passion.  Donovan also maintains high standards for himself as well as those he works with and always providing the necessary support to help his peers and students succeed. In 1999, Mr. Smith founded LatePass.Com LLC, a business that focused on reselling instructional test preparation workbooks.  LatePass.Com closed its retail location in 2009 and continued to grow the online entity, which remains open to date.

 Rev Trevor Hyde

Rev. Trevor Hyde was born in Kingston, Jamaica and raised in Brooklyn, NY. He accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior at the age of 12. He graduated from William E. Grady High School at the age of 16, obtained his Bachelor’s degree from Metropolitan College of New York, where he majored in Business Administration, and currently attends New York Theological Seminary. He currently occupies a full time position as a Sr. Analyst at First Republic Bank. Trevor prides himself in being a family man. He has been married for the past five years to his wife Aleshia Hyde and is the proud Father of one son.

Reverend Hyde has been a member of Berean Baptist Church for the past 19 years.  God called Trevor to ministry and he was licensed to preach on December 11, 2005 at the age of 22 under the leadership of his mentor, Dr. Arlee Griffin Jr.  He currently serves as an Associate Minister, and is a member of the trustee board, and Mens Ministry.  Reverend Hyde is also a member of a prison ministry whose primary focus is to minister to inmates once a month at Rikers Island Correctional Facility. The environment in which Trevor was raised created a desire to seek change and to fight with those who are caught up in the same environment of hopelessness and limited resources.  He has a deep desire to see lives changes and yearns to see people transform their lives.
